Planning & Zoning Commission

The Boise City Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on October 12, 2026. The commission approved by consent a package for the 8.18-acre Brio Vista subdivision at 10521 West Hill Road Parkway, including a hillside development permit, a variance, annexation and zoning, and a preliminary plat for 36 buildable lots. No procurement, contract awards, or budget allocations were identified.
