The Williamson County Board of Commissioners met on October 12, 2026. Other approved spending actions included $65,000 from reserves to replace computers in the County Clerk’s Office, $100,000 in library donations for Franklin Library improvements, and grant appropriations for Veterans Treatment Court ($160,529), Veterans Treatment Court services ($390,107), and DUI Court ($374,010), with no local match required for the cited grants. The Finance Director also warned that self-insurance claims had exceeded $20 million in the first three fiscal-year months and that additional funding would likely be requested in November.
