HSSN Meeting October 7, 2026

The Washington County Homeless Services Stakeholder Network (HSSN) meeting on October 7, 2026, included updates on the Continuum of Care (CoC) application and funding environment. County staff said Washington County submitted its CoC application on September 29, ahead of the September 30 deadline, and noted that federal changes to CoC requirements remain involved in litigation. Public comments on those changes were due October 13. Staff also said they are working with state partners to document the impact of state funding, with that work expected to go to the Board in November.
