City of Franklin, Budget and Finance Committee 10-8-2026

The City of Franklin Budget and Finance Committee met on October 8, 2026. The committee unanimously recommended to the full board a reclassification of the Billing and Licensing Department’s accounting officer position to accounting supervisor; staff said the change was expected to be revenue- and budget-neutral.
