Lebanon Zoning & Planning Commission Meeting - Oct. 8, 2026

The City of Lebanon, Missouri, Zoning & Planning Commission met October 8, 2026, and approved several subdivision and plat applications. These included a final plat for Eastwood Estates at 1031 Dilworth Road, with a requested 10-foot utility easement; resubdivision of three Arrow Landing lots into six lots for duplex sales, together with conditional use approval to split the duplexes; a replat at 1551–1553 North Jefferson from two lots to four (after the Board of Adjustment approved setback variances); and a replat combining two parcels at 281 Garfield Avenue for a single-family home. Votes recorded for the actions were unanimous. Commissioners also discussed handling the conditional-use review before the related plat review in future cases.
