2026.10.08 Town Council Strategic Planning Work Session

The Town of Apex held a strategic planning work session on October 8, 2026, to review accomplishments and begin refreshing its Game Plan Apex strategic plan. Staff reported completed or ongoing capital and infrastructure work, including the downtown streetscape project, electric-utility capacity and distribution upgrades, advanced metering infrastructure, greenway extensions, and transportation planning. Fountain Works, the strategic-planning consultant, facilitated the refresh discussion.
