Bloomfield Township Design Review Board Meeting on October 7, 2026

The Bloomfield Township Design Review Board met on October 7, 2026. The board approved the September 16 minutes, 3–0. It approved several special-event permits, including a November Christmas market, temporary mobile-kitchen units during a previously approved kitchen construction project, a trunk-or-treat event, a church flea market, and a community event at a store. The board also voted 3–0 to refer a proposal to replace an existing generator with a larger unit to the Zoning Board of Appeals, with adequate screening to be considered.
