The Tewksbury Conservation Commission meeting on October 7, 2026, approved the September 2 and September 16 minutes and considered several wetlands-related applications. The Commission approved an amendment to a determination of applicability for 41 Babbitts Road, including conditions prohibiting hot-tub or sauna drainage in the rear yard and restricting discharge to municipal catch basins or roadways without Commission permission. It issued a negative determination for a replacement and enlarged deck at 219 River Road, with erosion-control requirements, and approved an amendment to the order of conditions for Cambridge Isotope Laboratories at 200 Ames Pond Drive to install a gated fence, with emergency access provisions. A certificate of compliance was granted for 46 Karen Lee Lane.

The Commission ratified emergency certifications for septic work at 1087 South Street following a failed Title V inspection and for Tewksbury DPW culvert clearing off Pinnacle Street ahead of a storm. It continued applications for 36 Shady Lane and 1777 Main Street to the October 21 meeting; members asked staff to check reported site activity at 1777 Main Street and said they expected an update from the applicant. No contracts, purchases, budgets, or other procurement activity were identified.
