The Nashua Board of Aldermen Finance Committee met on October 7, 2026, and approved multiple purchasing and contract items by voice vote. These included health and safety physicals for 185 Fire Rescue members from United Diagnostic Services LLC for up to $27,490; a Trackless MT7 tractor from CN Wood Envirro LLC for $252,645.50, funded by parking accounts; a five-year copier/MFP arrangement for $35,220 as the city transitions from Conway to Toshiba; $90,000 for continued Lawson ERP support from Clear Sky Consulting; a 36-month internet-service extension with Fidium Enterprise Services for $29,484; and a three-year Microsoft Software Assurance contract with SHI International Corp. (the transcript’s stated amount is garbled, appearing to be about $68,310).

The committee also approved a $23,362 amendment with CMA Engineers for final design and management of the Heritage Rail Trail East project, with an 80% federal share and 20% city match; a wastewater-facility electrical equipment item whose vendor and amount are missing from the transcript; and a Phase 1 wastewater upgrade construction contract with Glorioso Building Construction LLC, apparently about $11.69 million, contingent on approval of additional bond funding. It separately approved $1.361 million for Wright-Pierce construction administration on that project. Other approvals covered Riverfront pavilion sound-system and security-camera improvements (amounts and some vendor details are absent) and a $150,000 amendment to Above the Rest Inspections for lead-dust wipe testing, bringing that contract to $710,000. The committee also approved the expenditure record for September 11–October 1, 2026. No further procurement decisions were identifiable in public comment.
