The City of Reno Ward 3 Neighborhood Advisory Board met on October 6, 2026. The council liaison reported that, with sponsorship from the Reno Youth Sports Association, 100% designs for flat fields at Pembroke are expected to be presented to City Council. Staff also summarized the city’s adopted FY 2027–29 strategic plan, including goals for a structurally balanced budget, revenue reform and cost recovery, review of the citywide contracting process and contract templates, replacement planning for payroll/ERP software scheduled to sunset, asset maintenance planning, and improvements to capital improvement plan prioritization. These were updates and strategic goals; the board did not consider or approve a contract award, RFP, or procurement expenditure. The agenda was approved and the meeting adjourned by vote, with no spending-related motions.
