Description
The trial compares arterial vs. venous grafts exclusively in women undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) to assess major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events and quality of life. It enrolls 2,000 women randomized 1:1 to multiple arterial grafts (MAG) or single arterial grafts (SAG). The primary outcome is a composite of death, stroke, myocardial infarction, revascularization, and hospital readmission over at least 2.5 years. Secondary outcomes include changes in the Seattle Angina Questionnaire at 12 months.
