Description

The Hawai‘i Department of Human Services (DHS), pursuant to Act 129, SLH 2022, is seeking to procure services to convene and facilitate in-person listening sessions to engage family resource center (FRC) staff and receive input on shared expectations, goals, and outputs of a statewide network of FRCs that would support the work of FRCs. DHS seeks bidders with experience in serving federal, state, or county governments, expertise of cultural protocols, deep understanding of local culture and community needs and familiarity with the social determinants of health and its impact on Hawai‘i’s families.
