Description

Merced County is accepting proposals for GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES. The County is seeking to contract with a graphic design firm or individual to create a suite of electronic and print materials that are dynamic, contemporary, inviting, and that unify the Merced County Workforce Development Board (MCWDB) image. The graphic design services will promote awareness of and interest in the MCWDB's work and effectively communicate the MCWDB's mission, programs, partners, engagement opportunity, and client's voice. The awarded Bidder will provide supplemental graphic design services for MCWDB, including conceptualizing, designing, and delivering graphic-design material in web-based format such as infographics, illustrations, policy reports, annual reports, postcards, meeting programs, brochures, social media graphics, web graphics, video editing, electronic newsletter templates, and various other graphic and visual projects as needed. The Bidder will collaborate with County staff, ensure copyright compliance, and complete jobs typically within one to three weeks. Upon acceptance of each design or concept, County will retain all intellectual property rights.
