Quote date 12/22/2025 Sale rep Grace M. Rinck IH Inspector Inspection/Lab Delivery Aurora will provide the following: 1. An industrial hygienist will conduct a mold/water intrusion inspection within the SWD storage room, behind Conference Room A. Costs include up to 3 surface samples for mold. 2. Suspect asbestos samples will be transferred to a certified laboratory for analysis. Laboratory turnaround time of 24 hours will be requested. 3. A report providing recommendations for worker protection, maintenance and regulatory compliance shall be provided. The report will be reviewed and signed by a CIH.
