NIH-funded research at Northwestern University studying how feeding schedules affect metabolism and bioenergetic processes across organs, with genomic analyses and a public knowledge portal.

### Description

The project examines how feeding time influences energy balance and nutrient processing across multiple organs. Researchers will perform bulk and single-nuclei genomic analyses across the light-dark cycle in liver, adipose tissue, and intestine of mice under different feeding schedules and diets at thermoneutrality. The project also includes development of a publicly accessible Time-Restricted Feeding Knowledge Portal integrated with the Common Metabolic Disease Knowledge Portal.
