Memorandum of Procedures between the Orange County Social Services Agency and the Orange County Probation Department. It provides Probation access to specified CWS/CMS data to enter case-management National Youth in Transition Data for eligible youth and generate reports required for federal Title IV-E reporting. The MOP creates no financial obligation between the parties.
