Description
Removal of all existing insulation & disposal; install CODE R14 closed cell spray foam insulation to crawlspace under main building living area, main building, and admin office, and install CODE R20 eco-friendly open cell spray foam to roof deck over living room and bedroom. Contractor responsible for supervision, labor, permits, materials, equipment, supplies, cleanup. Payment upon completion, DEP acceptance, receipt of invoice. Partial payments allowed. Contractor shall re-perform unsatisfactory work at no additional cost. Additional work due to unforeseen issues discussed with Park Manager. Change Order in MFMP required for additional work.
