The City of McAllen is soliciting electronic informal price quotations for one new and unused pull behind rotary mower, with submissions due by May 27, 2016. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and accept the most advantageous one.

Description

Electronic Informal Price Quotations addressed to Gerardo Noriega, CTPM, Director of Purchasing & Contracting, City of McAllen, will be received on May 27, 2016 until 3:00 p.m. at the Purchasing and Contracting Department (3rd Floor) of McAllen City Hall, 1300 Houston Avenue, McAllen, Texas 78501. Electronic informal price quotations must be in the City of McAllen possession on or before the aforementioned date and time. ONE (1) NEW AND UNUSED PULL BEHIND ROTARY MOWER. The City of McAllen reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all electronic informal price quotations and to waive any formalities or technicalities, or to accept the most advantageous bid to the City, and hold the bids for up to 45 days.
