Description
The goal is to develop a disposable, sensitive, true sample-in-answer-out, and refrigeration-free self-testing device to rapidly detect HIV from whole blood samples. Objectives include developing a disposable self-testing HIV-1 chip, detecting HIV from whole blood samples, achieving high sensitivity for early detection (<1000 copies/ml), rapid testing within 40 minutes, fully automated and refrigeration-free.
