Description
This project aims to advance management of critically ill adults with non-ARDS acute hypoxemic respiratory failure (NAHRF) toward a phenotype-driven, individualized approach to improve clinical outcomes and inform future research. Specific aims include developing clinical prediction models for mortality, applying machine learning to detect subphenotypes associated with differential outcomes, and using whole methylome data to understand biological mechanisms.
