Everon Change Order #CO-03, Job #301221467 Materials -Add programming capabilities to 3rd Floor Elevator Access Control; Labor Costs; The vendor is responsible for accurate and successful delivery of all goods or services listed on this Purchase Order prior to June 30, 2026. DSHS may cancel this Purchase Order without any obligation if goods or services are not received at shipping location by June 30, 2026. Vendor is responsible for scheduling service at a mutually aggregable time/date with appropriate DSHS staff beforehand. Vendor will ensure the equipment and service listed in Everon CO-03/Job 301221467 functions as intended prior to leaving location. DSHS payment for services is contingent upon vendor's successful performance of deliverable(s) as stated above.
