Santa Barbara County purchased one excavation and hauling service from HANLY GENERAL ENGINEERING CORP for $58,375. The work is to ramp down and excavate at the inlet and outlet of a 6-foot-wide by 7-foot-high box culvert with a total length of 67 feet, remove dirt and sediment from beneath a section, and haul excavated material to a dump site. Excavation includes work from the outlet hard wall to 50 feet north of the outlet beneath the rock section, leaving a layer of dirt on the embedded rock at the outlet, and work at the inlet up to the cross point at the beginning of the inlet wing walls. The PO lists one unit under item 000090, “BRIDGING, GUARDRAIL, CULVERTS.”

Ramp down and excavate for access at inlet and outlet to remove dirt/sort from under section of box culvert 6' W x 7' H and the total length is 67'. Excavate and haul off to dump site. Excavate from outlet hard wall to 50' North of outlet under rock section and leave layer of dirt on imbedded rock at the outlet. Inlet up to cross point beginning inlet wing walls as shown.
