Description
This study aims to develop a novel liquid biopsy approach for endometrial cancer diagnostics, utilizing extracellular vesicles as biomarkers. The research will create a CRISPR-based assay for ultrasensitive molecular detection, integrated into an automated instrument. The platform will evaluate urinary EVs' potential to distinguish malignant endometrial cancer subtypes, especially uterine serous carcinoma, from other variants.
