Description

Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids for all materials, labor, equipment, and permits needed for the repair of the RICE 2 system ammonia piping as per LES Specifications included with this bid. The successful bidder will be required to complete the LES Standard Services Contract, furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, show LES as additional insured for general liability, include waiver of subrogation, furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a licensed surety rated at least B+, and complete the EEO Compliance Form.
