### Description

This project supports a multicenter, prospective phase III randomized trial to evaluate a novel, personalized ventilation strategy aimed at reducing ventilation-induced lung injury (VILI) in patients with moderate or severe ARDS. The trial will compare the strategy of precise ventilator titration of tidal volumes and PEEP to standard care, with the goal of improving 60-day mortality.
