Description

Scope: Replace Existing Fencing W.O. #3414106 - Mobilization, Insurance, General Conditions, Maintenance of Pedestrian Traffic, and Supervision - Cut off the existing iron fencing around the fountain and the rear side of the building at the base of the concrete and then core drill new holes, as needed, encapsulating the existing holes so that the old mounting holes will have new cement and repair chipped concrete in the existing core drilled mounting holes - Provide and install approximately 253 LF of a custom-fabricated aluminum commercial-grade fence panel designed to resemble (in design) the aluminum fencing installed in the Freedom of Speech and main entry area of this facility. The new fence will be similar in height to the one we're replacing. Fence panels will be powder-coated in black (see specs). The fencing will not bend with these specs should a 200-lb person try to climb over it. - Provide and install approximately 121 LF of a custom-fabricated aluminum commercial-grade fence panel to resemble (in design) the aluminum fencing that was installed in the Freedom of Speech and main entry area of this facility. The new fence will have similar heights to the one we're replacing. Fence panels will be powder-coated in black (see specs provided). With these specs, the fencing wall will not bend should a 200-lb person try to climb over it. - Bulk discount for material order - Clean up and restore disturbed areas and haul off all removed materials.
