Description
The University is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the demolition of three separate structures within a 1-mile radius of Salisbury University. Demolition may occur separately or simultaneously. Phase 1 must be 100% complete prior to starting other phases. Phase 2 and Phase 3 may be completed together given their close proximity. All demolition phases are for single structures which vary in construction type and scale.
