Description

KPM will rebuild the brick wall that has fallen over at Greater Country Estates. - Pricing is for 50% of the wall that has fallen down as of 8/11/2025. - Pricing does not include 100% of the wall, the neighborhood will reapply for a grant in the future to repair the rest. - Pricing is to rebuild as it was before up to current building code. - We will do our best to choose the brick that matches the existing brick. - This round we will repair the lower half of the wall. - To be able to close out the permit we will rebuild fully about 25 feet of the wall, from first damaged column to next column. - We will access the wall repair from Sadler road.
