Food Service Partner for the Bloomberg Philanthropies Public Art Challenge Award Grant. UF-IFAS is proposing a mobile teaching kitchen. IFAS has learned through its many years of experience that classrooms are optimized where they can meet folks where they live in a familiar teaching environment. The mobile kitchen classroom will focus on helping residents source their food, prepare it with hands on demonstrations and then, as importantly, preserve it.
