As a follow up to your request we are pleased to submit for your review and consideration our quotation for the Renewal Preventative Maintenance Agreement on the Mitsubishi UPS listed below: 1) Mitsubishi 80KVA Series 2033D Model UP2033D-C803DU-4 S/N 03-EMAZQ1-01 2) One (1) Power Battery Cabinet complete with the following: Battery Model No.1MC6-40-TC1290S-480-H200 3) One (1) Maintenance bypass Cabinet including three (3) 125 AF/125at Breakers 4) One (1) PDI 75 KVA PDU Model PP13-4075-G641-0-3D Services Include: 1. One (1) Major Preventative Maintenance visit performed on UPS and Batteries. 2. One (1) Minor Preventative Maintenance visit performed on UPS and Batteries. 3.
