Description
The project aims to develop innovative nanodelivery strategies to reprogram the stroma of aged lymph nodes and to carry out advanced immune imaging for the homing of aged immune cells to the lymph nodes and their interactions within the lymph nodes. The goal is targeted delivery of immune therapeutics to facilitate transplant tolerance by reprogramming the lymph node stroma and advanced live immune imaging of lymph nodes for immune cell and nanoparticle trafficking.
