Remove and dispose of 127' of existing lockers as described in the initial walkthrough. Build out, drywall and paint all vertical surpasses to make alcoves where lockers were removed. Tile flooring to be installed in all areas exposed by the removal. Display case section (14') to be wrapped with tackable surface. Bar seating area to have eating countertop installed in 61' section, height TBD. 52' long dining section to have standard finished wall.
