Description

Murine roseolovirus (MRV) is a beta-herpesvirus genetically related to human roseoloviruses HHV-6 and HHV-7, associated with autoimmune disease. This project aims to define the mechanism by which roseoloviruses induce autoimmune disease through impact on central tolerance, focusing on thymic epithelial cell function and T cell receptor diversity.
