Description
The City of Calgary is seeking to engage consulting teams for Building Condition Assessments (BCA) of existing structures owned and operated by The City and civic partners. The assessments include preparing detailed written reports documenting observations and opinions from the assessments of various building types such as industrial, office, community associations, firehalls, parking structures, and recreation centers. The successful respondents will act as Coordinating Registered Professionals for their multidisciplinary teams including engineering, architectural, and contractor teams.
