Roofing: Remove and replace the roof of the house & garage. Check the rear of the garage lean-to roof, may need replacement if damaged.; Soffit/Fascia: Install new aluminum soffit and aluminum break metal fascia on both rear rooflines and 2nd story dormer of the house. Install new aluminum soffit and aluminum break metal fascia to the garage all; Gutters: Remove and replace gutters on house & garage using 5" seamless gutters and 3"x4" oversized downspouts with hinged downspout extensions.; Doors/Windows: Replace rotted trim around the garage door. Wrap molding and jam with aluminum break metal. Repair front entry sill where rotted below the storm door. Install flashing to protect from the element; Siding: Remove section of siding and install vinyl siding to rear of garage above addition.; Painting: Paint rear garage/shed doors and frame, 1 color.; Concrete: Remove front sidewalk from the front door to the city sidewalk and to the driveway. Including removing and replacing front stoop landing and steps.; Landscape: Backfill, grade and seed the area between the new concrete edge and the yard(s). Make sure no large pieces of rock are left behind.
