### Description

The project aims to address the urgent need for integrated prevention and treatment models for HIV, HCV, and opioid use disorder in rural settings, especially in West Virginia, which faces a volatile opioid epidemic and recent HIV outbreaks. The strategy involves identifying barriers, implementing clinical prompts in electronic health records for screening, and supporting treatment through Project ECHO and a clinical dashboard. A stepped wedge, Type 3, hybrid implementation trial will evaluate the adoption and sustainability of screening, evaluation, and treatment (SET) processes across 20 primary care clinics.
