Development of COPEWeb, a web-based training program for providers treating Veterans with PTSD and substance use disorders, including comparison to in-person training and cost-effectiveness analysis.
Description
This project aims to develop a web-based training program (COPEWeb) for providers to treat Veterans with co-occurring PTSD and substance use disorders (SUD). It includes an innovative delivery aid system to guide clinicians, compares COPEWeb to in-person training on knowledge, satisfaction, and fidelity, and conducts a cost-effectiveness analysis. The initiative seeks to improve dissemination and implementation of evidence-based treatments for PTSD/SUD among Veterans, especially in rural settings.
