Description
This project aims to improve understanding of factors driving clonal hematopoiesis (CH) evolution to prevent CH-related adverse outcomes and promote healthy aging. It studies the impact of inherited and lifestyle risk factors on CH fitness and identifies pathways mediating CH evolution and its association with cardiovascular disease and Alzheimer's disease, leveraging large-scale biobank data and longitudinal cohorts.
