EPOXY FLOOR SERVICES - - SCOPE OF WORK: Phase 1: Grind Secondary Containment Area Floors and abrade/sand walls Using stand up walk behind dual-headed concrete floor grinders, grind the floor to remove clear coating and top layer of epoxy. This process will create a new surface profile in order for the newly applied epoxy to adhere to. After grinding is complete, the floor will be thoroughly pressure washed to remove all concrete dust from pores of substrate. This will ensure proper adhesion. Floor scrubbers will be used in order to keep down the amount of water. Allow floor to dry out for at least 24 hours to ensure there is no moisture trapped in substrate Phase 2: Vacuum & solvent wipe the grinding areas to remove grinding dust from pores Phase 3: Apply (2) coats of a 2 Part Solvent Based Epoxy to the floor Apply Sherwin Williams Macropoxy 646 to designated floor area Phase 4: Apply an Industrial Strength Protective Clear Coating over the dried epoxy Apply Sherwin Williams AmorSeal Rexthane 1 Clear over the dried epoxy Final Phase: Clean-up & Inspection Perform a thorough walk through of project as a team to check & fix imperfections All trash and empty paint cans will be picked up and taken away with us Inspection with customer Justification: Floor epoxy damaged by chlorine and peeling up QUOTE: 12381 QUOTE DATE: 11/21/24 POC: David S Messier 407-254-7808 PR 512172 *** Insurance Coverage expires 12/23/2024.
