THIS TRANSACTION SHALL BE GOVERNED IN ALL RESPECTS BY THE TERMS & CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY PARTICIPATING ADDENDUM TO THE NASPO VALUEPOINT MASTER AGREEMENT #187646, EFFECTIVE MARCH 13, 2025. BETWEEN CANON U.S.A. INC. AND THE STATE OF NJ DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, DIVISION OF PURCHASE AND PROPERTY. Notwithstanding any provision of this purchase order to the contrary, the use of this purchase order shall be for the customer's administrative convenience only and any terms and conditions in this purchase order which conflict with or vary from the terms of the valuepoint master agreement shall be deemed null and void, NASPO AGREEMENT # 18764625-COMG-103708
