Scope of Work Proposal #265231.0 OC - IOC II - BDD Access Add 2nd Floor Access Control This proposal includes a (1) year warranty on all parts supplied by Security 101, and (1) year warranty on labor. Security 101 to install access control on a total of ( 1 ) door as determined during the walkthrough and shown on plans. Installation to include card readers, door contacts, request-to-exit devices, electronic locking hardware, utilizing existing access control panels, and existing power supply. Additionally, an Electrified Cylindrical Lock would be installed on the Interior Reception Door of the BDD Office. At the Reception Desk, a wired Door Release Button would be installed for the Interior Reception Door Lock. This interior door is a standalone lock and door release and not connected to the access system and would not get a card reader or door contact installed. Wire in all of the devices, connect to the Customers network, train, and test with Customer for full functionality and sign off.
