Description

Davis Bacon Wage Rates apply. Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) applies requiring all iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials to be produced in the United States. Bid deposit is 5%. Mandatory pre-bid meeting on August 14, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Cummings Park pavilion, 426 Shippan Ave. Project Manager is Susan Kisken, Coordinator of Inspection & Plan Review.
