QUOTE: P226-043 (1/29/26) Project Monitoring/Observation PCM air sampling included in shift rate Asbestos Survey - Asbestos survey will be performed by CAL-OSHA certified asbestos inspectors; - Obtain bulk samples of suspect asbestos containing materials for asbestos content analysis where affected; - Survey shall be conducted in a manner which is safe for the inspection team, building occupants and visitors; - All bulk sample analysis shall be performed by Pace Laboratories who participates in the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP), is accredited by the National Institute of Science and Technology (NIST) and the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA); - Provide asbestos survey report with inspection findings; Monitoring Services - Provide certified Site Surveillance Technician asbestos monitor on site during contractor's work; - Oversee activities as representative of owner; - Perform inspections including pre and post abatement activities; - Prepare close-out document (Job Book) at completion of project; Final Job Book At the completion of the project, GETC will prepare a Final Job Book that will include a summary of all activities, all daily site logs, air monitoring results and any other close out documentation required by EPA and Cal-OSHA.
