Description
Architect-Engineer (A/E) Agreement with Grillias, Pirc, Rosier, Alves to provide A/E Services for Irvine Park Maintenance Building Replacement Project in an amount not to exceed $189,000. The A/E will prepare plans for demolition of existing structures, footings/foundations for new prefabricated building, and design interior layout of tenant improvements. The contract includes sub-consultants for environmental analysis, testing and inspection, and geotechnical services.
