Description
Elements of the work shall include, but is not limited to: Temporary construction stormwater control; removal of existing ballfield fencing and associated items; removal of existing play equipment and associated elements; removal of asphalt and concrete paving; relocation of existing water and irrigation and other elements; installation of asphalt, concrete, and crushed rock paving, concrete curbs, ramp, and stairs with walls and handrails; acceptance, storage, and installation of play equipment (provided by owner); installation of drainage and play area safety surfacing; installation of ballfield fencing, infield soil, and associated elements; installation of irrigation, subsurface drainage; earthwork, grading, hydroseeding, and restoration of disturbed site. Additive #1: Provide and install new drinking fountain and connection to existing water supply, 5 benches, three picnic tables, and 4 bleachers. Additive #2: Provide and install all plant material, including trees, shrubs, and associated soil preparation, and mulch.
