4.1A Community Resilience 101 Outline - Create a draft outline and schedule for mental health workshop series; 4.1B Retrospective Post-then-Pre Questionnaire - Develop a comprehensive retrospective post-then-pre questionnaire; 4.1C Project Evaluation Survey - Develop an evaluation survey to gather participant feedback; 4.1D Location - Secure location/facility; 4.2A Flyer/Promotional Materials - Develop flyer and/or other promotional materials - Social media posts; 4.2B Participant Recruitment - Recruit a minimum of 6 people to be trained as group facilitators - Recruit a minimum of 325 people to participate in workshop series; 4.3A Culturally Relevant Mental Health Resource List - Research and compile a comprehensive, API-specific mental health resource list; 4.4A Group Facilitator Training Sessions - Conduct a minimum of 3, 1-2 hour group facilitator training sessions with a minimum of 6 facilitators; 4.4B Community Resilience 101 Workshops - Facilitate a minimum of 12 Community Resilience 101 workshops with a minimum of 250 participants; 4.5A Stipends - Provide a $500 stipend or gift card to each facilitator upon completion of the group facilitator training - Provide a $200 stipend or gift card to each facilitator upon conducting two (2) in-person workshops - Provide a $25 stipend or gift card per completed workshop to each participant upon completion of the workshop series ($300 per participant in total); 4.6A Final Summary Report; 4.6B API UsCC Subcommittee presentation SEE SOW FOR DETAILS*
