Santa Barbara County’s Behavioral Wellness Department awarded CALM Inc. (also identified in the contract title as CALM, Inc., formerly Child Abuse Listening & Mediation) a Board Contract (Encumbered), contract SCON-005749, for the provision of mental health services to children and youth. The FY 2026–27 contract has four lines: Line 01, $1,450,560; Line 02, $1,461,820; Line 03, $1,389; and Line 04, $98,611, for a total of $3,012,380. Lines 01–03 describe the mental health services; Line 04 notes that it replaced a previously invoiced Line 03 after a POPAA change. The contract runs from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
