Roofing: Remove and replace the roof of house with minimum Class 3 impact-resistant architectural-style shingles.; Soffit/Fascia: Repair rotted soffit and fascia throughout. Install new metal soffit. Wrap fascia with aluminum brake metal. Includes the front porch and upper roof dormers.; Gutters: Remove and replace gutters on house using 5" seamless gutters and 3"x4" oversized downspouts with hinged downspout extensions.; Doors/Windows: Remove and replace the existing Front, Back, and East side entry doors. Wrap all trim with aluminum brake metal. Install PVC kick plate at rear entry door sill. Install new storm doors on the F; Siding: Remove and replace vinyl siding on all three sides of both front roof dormers to match. Infill any window openings with treated framing and plywood as needed. Remove the siding on the House dormers do; Concrete: Remove plywood cap at west basement window opening and infill with concrete masonry block and Type S mortar. Demo concrete curb at back of rear addition and dispose of debris. Infill foundation hole
