Description
The SCOARE 2.0 program aims to develop capacity of biomedical research trainees and their mentors in scientific communication (SciComm). Building on the previous NIH-NIGMS funded program (2017-2022), it seeks to expand its curriculum, increase impact, and ensure sustainability through hybrid asynchronous formats. The program targets faculty, administrators, and future faculty, with a goal to deliver face-to-face workshops to at least 300 participants and train approximately 80 facilitators. It also plans to develop online modules and an enduring asynchronous version.
