The award includes all required inlet and outlet piping components, valves, check valves, gauges, electrical components such as a logic controller with touch screen, drives, disconnects, transducers, and all components pre-mounted onto a common skid frame. The skid frame dimensions must not exceed 70 inches in height, 60 inches in length, and 40 inches in width, and must fit through a 32-inch mechanical room door. The system must be painted, hydrostatically and electrically tested prior to shipment, delivered within 6 to 8 weeks, and include initial system start-up, demonstration, and training. Additionally, 24/7 technical support with same-day response is required. The solicitation included a mandatory pre-proposal meeting at the Research1 North loading dock at 12800 E. 19th Ave., Aurora, CO 80045. The University reserves the right to evaluate bids based on lead-time, cost, warranty, adherence to specifications, and vendor experience. The University of Colorado Denver | Anschutz Medical campus seeks quotes for a Domestic Water Booster Pump Skid. The current booster pump skid has many issues and needs constant repair to the control panel, pumps, motors, claw valves and piping system as well as the current mounting frame is rusting away. The control panel is out dated and is discontinued we can no longer get parts to repair if it has any issues or fails. The current system is using high amounts of energy.
